Question...

What is Mental Health? I checked the dictionary and couldn't find the meaning..Hmmm? 

Well I asked because I wanted to share my views on something that we (like many other things) refuse to discuss as humans..(I don't like referring to race, gender or age etc... this because we don't have human rights down yet, all the other stuff comes after that)... 

This my thought on mental health...Damn! it...started thinking about all the other questions in my head...Joblessness, Homelessness(Thanks Good Times!)...I'll get back to you in a second...Dizzamn..

Just me..I'm back and this time I'm serious!

Let me start by saying this is NOT a ranting and raving blog...But I do wish your feedback because at the end of the day none of us know everything...
